• System consists of: Additional rollers & drive axle in all roller tables to allow minimum 100 mm wide x 200 mm long parts to be moved over them. Special aligning fence on both automatic stacking stations to be able to stack 100 mm wide parts. 500 mm Wide Scissor Lifts with belt type conveyor to allow pallets to be placed in both directions. (3) Double-tiered belt conveyors verses standard roller conveyors. • Manual Stacking Station: 400 mm Wide x 1,500 mm long air floatation table, additional shuttle 600 mm x 600 mm with guide rail. • 300 mm Long x 200 mm wide Scissor Lift, aligning fence with raising mechanism to move fence out of the way when full stacks are picked up. • Automatic Stacking Station: Roller conveyor 1,600 mm wide x 3,300 mm long, PLC control for conveyor. • Part size min. 100 mm wide x 200 mm long automatic stacking by means of a fork type Stacker with narrow forks, PLC control for small part stacking. • A 2nd longitudinal aligner raises-and-lowers for 100 mm wide parts, PLC control for small part aligner; extended feeder guides. • (2) Automatic stacking Scissor Lifts, 2,100 mm wide x 2,600 mm long, belt type conveyor on lifts, increased stroke for 60\" high max. stack height (including pallet). • PLC control for 2nd Lift and special program & hardware to position parts relatively centered on the pallet. • (3) Double tiered discharge conveyors, 2,100 mm wide x 2,600 mm long (top conveyor for discharge of stacks, bottom conveyor to feed pallet); PLC control for conveyor. • Manual Stacking System: Air floatation table, 1,900 mm wide x 1,000 mm long; air floatation table, 1,000 mm wide x 5,100 mm long; air flotation shuttle, 600 mm wide x 600 mm long with guide rail for movable shuttle. • (2) Scissor Lifts with extended stroke for 60\" stack height (including pallet; no conveyor on top), 2,100 mm long x 1,200 mm wide. • \"Wizard\" & PLC Control for (2) stacking stations, (2) stacking fences with manual adjustable fence; fence can be raised for stack pickup; PLC control for stacking fence. - (1) \"Wizard\" Controlled computer system with graphical user interface to program stacking patterns. • All with SIEMENS PLC hardware and software. - Electric: 440 V, 60 Cy, 3 Ph. -[MA-010379]
