Twin 63 in. x 63 in. tables can operate independently for loading/unloading on one while the other is in process, or together for a 126 in. x 63 in. work area; each table with Phenolic grid vacuum plenum & multiple vacuum points for use with gasket material or pods. ~~ Equipped with: (2) 13.6 HP HSK-63F ATC Spindles, 10-station traveling tool carousels capable of background tool changing, electro spindle of 10 KS at 7,000 RPM, and ceramic bearings for increased life & performance; both routing spindles will accept aggregates. ~~ Additional Features: Drilling unit with: (13) Independent vertical & (6) horizontal spindles assembled on slide with a vertical stroke of 320 mm; movement on prismatic guides with re-circulating roller shoes. ~~ Boring unit with: (13) Vertical spindles in T-arrangement at 32 mm intervals of which (5) are in direction X & (8 in direction of Y; (3) horizontal units for opposite boring operations, of which (1) is in the X-direction & (2 x 2) are in the Y-direction. ~~ OSAI PC Based CNC control with: Color monitor, large hard drive, CD Rom drive, 3-1/2 in. floppy drive, inch/metric conversion, 3-axis linear & circular interpolation, tool compensation, work coordinate offsets, and RS-232 & network card communications. ~~ All axes are driven by closed loop AC Servo motors and ride on precision THK ways with linear roller bearings, precision ball screws are utilized on the Y-, W- & Z-axis, and a helical rack & pinion on the X-axis (bridge); an automatic lubrication system services the way & ball screw bearings. ~~ Complete with: Vacuum system 250 cbm/Hr pump and original documentation [Ref. # RC-011267].
