• Twin 63\\" x 63\\" tables can operate independently for loading/unloading on one while the other is in process, or together for a 126\\" x 63\\" work area. Each table has a phenolic grid vacuum plenum with multiple vacuum points for use with gasket material or pods. • Equipped with: (2) 13.6 HP \\"HSK-63F\\" ATC Spindles with 10-station traveling tool carousels capable of background tool changing, variable spindle RPM from 1,000 to 18,000, and ceramic bearings for increased life & performance; both routing spindles will accept aggregates. • Additional Features: (2) 19-Spindle boring units driven by 2.3 HP - 4,000 RPM motors; (13) are vertically independent & operate in T-formation with (8) along the X-axis & (5) along the Y-axis; (6) horizontal spindles, (2 x 2) working in the X-axis direction, (2 x 1) working in the Y-axis direction, 60 mm max. boring depth. • OSAI PC Based CNC control with: Color monitor, large hard drive, CD Rom drive, 3-1/2\\" floppy drive, inch/metric conversion, 3-axis linear & circular interpolation, tool compensation, work coordinate offsets, and RS-232 & network card communications. • All axes are driven by closed loop AC Servo motors and ride on precision THK ways with linear roller bearings, precision ball screws are utilized on the Y-, W- & Z-axis, and a helical rack & pinion on the X-axis (bridge); an automatic lubrication system services the way & ball screw bearings. • Complete with: Vacuum system, assorted tooling, and original documentation. - Electric: 380 V, 60 Cy, 3 Ph.
